Metamorph

Barbie and I were honestly jaded from all the fumes and hate in the megalopole. Therefore we decided to change shape and become animals.

Urban animals.

We wanted to get rid of the pressure of being human beings for a while. That's On that day we saw sites and heard sounds we'd never heard before. The experience was unbelievably rewarding. Here are some depictions of Barbara & myself quietly grazing under the last oblique streams of sunlight.

Blue Hawaiian Therapy

I was feeling quite uneasy on Sunday. It had been a very unproductive weekend. Saturday night was horrible. Never seen so many ugly people under the same roof. Scary. I needed a break from routine but all I got was a sordid night.

I went for a walk with with my friend Vanessa. I had the intention of buying some computer consumables (blank CDs and DVDs).

Vanessa bought Moon Safari by Air. She'd never heard it. She's obviously been living isolated from society, having no access whatsoever to music or other forms of artistic expression. She becomes scared every time she leaves her bedroom. So I hope the evening worked out to be a therapeutic. She jumps at the idea of us getting mugged or assaulted, and dreads every time a man with shabby clothes approaches. We ended up talking about painful relationships over some delicious cocktails.

Art océanique. Surprise devant le Louvre

No need to speak too much about this fabulous piece of art. I found this whilst walking the Oceania section of the Musée du Louvre. I was still ill in Paris and Farida had gone home. So I took a pill and set out to visit the collection.

Chinese Food

This is the depiction of the man behind the cloud of vapour. Whilst he carefully prepares the food, taking special care mixing the ingredients, he watches as the other people enjoy their meals. The day is coming to an end and soon he'll be able to return home and relax. We ate the food quickly that cold November day and went to a pub afterwards. Then we decided to do some «botellón» with hawaiian music in the background.

Brighton Days

It was really pleasant to spend a few days with La Fari & Keara in Brighton. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. We ate delicious yet nourishing food along the way. Everything ran as smooth as silk.

Silk: I've been trying to get me silk pajamas lately. Fari and I saw one at Marks&Spencer's but they were way too pricey. Could you imagine how slippery it could get if both the pajamas and the sheets were made of silk? We'd all fall out of bed. Anyway, I'd really like to point out how lucky we were those days in Brighton.

It's always convenient to carry a bottle of Malibu around in your bag. You never know when you're gonna feel thirsty and cold. The only way to activate some Caribbean heat during late November is to have a sip and buy some nice mittens at H&M.

There is no doubt that Brighton has some impressive buldings, some of which bear a resemblance to the ones in continental Europe.
